Students make donations to troops

Spearheaded by Morgan G, Mr. Coppola's Responsive Class has created a Care Package Program for troops stationed in Iraq, which worked in conjunction with the efforts of Danbury High School’s Adrienne Coppola.

The November donations from the Care Package Program aided 150 soldiers being sponsored by the Danbury High School. In addition, the students created a Troops Communication Exchange, in which they correspond with troops via letters and emails. The students continue to bring awareness to our troops abroad, realizing that although the soldiers are unable to be home for the holidays, they can still have some comforts of home while they are away.
