Glenholme community commemorates Earth Day

The Glenholme community observed Earth Day 2008 with a number of activities on campus. Students and staff participated in clean-ups and observation walks to make note of environmental improvements students can make in the future.

The day was capped off with an Earth Day assembly where students reported on the latest "Going Green" initiatives. In addition, students took part in a ceremonial tree planting outside the schoolhouse, with the soon-to-be-graduates of the Class of 2008 given the privilege of being the shovelers in planting the newest addition to Glenholme's beautiful landscape.
