HAPPY HAT DAY

May 11th, 2006 was declared "Happy Hat Day" at Glenholme. This was a project of Section 2 Responsive Classroom. The students wanted to create an even that would celebrate Spring, boost school spirit, get the "creative juices flowing" and simply - and most importantly - be fun for the students and faculty. Also the emphasis was on creating a fantasy hat, hence store bought hats, baseball caps and the like are not allowed. This event involved some specific rules and lots of fun prizes. Faculty and students alike enjoyed themselves.
