WASHINGTON, CT (March 16, 2004) - ASCAP, The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, awarded the Devereux Glenholme School with a $4,500 grant in February 2003. The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) Foundation, established in 1975, is a publicly supported charitable organization dedicated to supporting American music creators and encouraging their development through music education and talent development programs. An on-going emphasis of the Arts within the academic and residential programs at Devereux Glenholme expands student engagement and interest in music by offering practical, inspirational contact with musicians.
