Grizzlies Growled to the Final Buzzer
| School spirit filled the Glenholme gym on January 18 during a thrilling mid-week basketball match up between Glenholme and Maplebrook. In an intense back and forth battle from tip-off to final buzzer, the Grizzlies demonstrated exceptional teamwork, energy, and effort, keeping the score nail-bitingly close throughout the entirety of the game. Despite the team’s hard work and determination, a shot by Maplebrook in the last second of the game left the Grizzlies down by one point (66-67) at the final buzzer. |

Glenholme parents, students, and staff all came out to the gym to support the Grizzlies during this incredible home game. Prior to tip off, the Men’s Singing Group performed a beautiful rendition of the national anthem, and, during half-time, the Glenholme Spirit Squad entertained the crowd with a high-energy cheer and stunt show. Interscholastic sporting events such as these create an important sense of community among Glenholme students, families, and staff. Don’t miss your chance to cheer on the Grizzlies during a home game! On Wednesday, January 25 at 5:00 pm, the Varsity team matches up against Grove, and on February 2 at 4:00 pm, the JV team takes on Maplebrook. Both games will be held in the Glenholme gym. |
