| Each year Glenholme hosts a summer seminar for identified student leaders and potential student leaders to learn about and acquire leadership skills and create an action plan for positively influencing the school climate that will be implemented in the following school year. Participants are chosen from the student council and students identified by administration and faculty as having a strong influence on the student culture. Students learn what is needed to be a leader and how they impact the culture of their school. Students also work on designing a strategy for improving weak areas of the student culture. |
